Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, deploying & maintaining PowerBI solutions
Crafting & executing queries upon request for data
Presenting information through reports & visualizations
Translate business needs to requirements & technical specifications
Conduct unit testing & troubleshooting
Evaluate & improve existing PowerBI solutions
Develop & execute database queries & conduct analysis
Develop & update technical documentation & training materials

Required:

At least 5 years of Proven experience as a PowerBI developer
Proven ability to take initiative & innovate with business users
Analytical mind w/ problem-solving aptitude
Healthcare/clinical data experience required – preferred Cerner & claims
Background in data warehouse design & data mining
In-depth understanding of database management systems, OLAP, & ETL frameworks
Experience w/ SQL, SSRS, & SSIS

Preferred:

Experience working with healthcare providers on value-based care initiatives: ACO, CIN, risk contracting
Experience developing BI solutions on top of the Innovaccer platform
