Technopathz is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS cloud technologies, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and modern software engineering practices. This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural expertise, and the ability to solve complex engineering challenges while aligning solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level cloud-based applications and services.

• Design scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions leveraging AWS cloud technologies.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges while considering long-term business impact and system maintainability.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize microservices and distributed applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Conduct architectural reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments to maintain engineering quality standards.

• Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation to streamline software delivery.

• Drive operational excellence through monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and continuous performance improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business stakeholders, and solution architects.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing software architecture and development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or cloud engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.

• Expertise in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.

• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, Go, or equivalent programming languages.
